THE ROLE AND SIGNIFICANCE OF ANDRAGOGY IN THE FORMATION OF THE MUSEUM COMMUNICATIVE ENVIRONMENT

This article discusses the introduction of the concept of communication into the general complex of museum science and museum practice, the style of the communicative approach to this area, the role and importance of andragogy in the formation of the communicative environment of the museum. The task of the museum staff (the tour manager) is an indicator of building a system of orientation of the museum environment for elderly visitors. The development of the museum culture of an adult visitor is an important problem in many aspects. The museum staff work in accordance with the level of training of visitors to understand the history, culture and times that they talk about in the museum, ways of forming a permanent target audience, forms of communication with visitors are scientifically illuminated on the basis of clear evidence.
