HISTORY OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE MAHALLA INSTITUTE(for the example Tashkent’s mahalla)

In this article, analyzed the history of the formation and development of the institution of self-government of citizens – the makhalla institute on the example of Tashkent mahallas. It also addressed the content of laws, decres and regulations relating to the activities of the mahalla institute.
