STATE POLICY ON ENSURING GENDER EQUALITY IN UZBEKISTAN

This scientific article provides a comprehensive analysis of the substance, legal foundations, and practical outcomes of the state policy of the Republic of Uzbekistan aimed at ensuring gender equality and increasing the socio-political participation of women. The study examines institutional reforms, adopted legal and regulatory acts, state programs, and strategies implemented in recent years to promote gender equality, based on academic sources and official statistical data.
