SOME CONSIDERATIONS RELATED TO THE ISSUE OF COPYRIGHT IN THE FIELDS OF ART AND CULTURE IN UZBEKISTAN DURING THE SOVIET PERIOD (1930-1970 S AS AN EXAMPLE)

In this article, the author analyzed some aspects of copyright protection in the fields of art and culture in Uzbekistan based on archival documents and came to a scientific conclusion. The procedure for paying royalties to authors in this field, the conditions created for the copyright office and its local representatives, and problematic situations related to the implementation of the process are scientifically revealed. The cases of encouragement of authors in the field of art and culture by the USSR government are studied. These aspects of the issue serve as additional information for further research on the topic.
