DYNASTIES RULING IN THE GRECO-BACTRIAN KINGDOM

In this article, the author analyzes the question of the dynasties that ruled the Greco-Bactrian kingdom on the basis of written sources and the results of studying numismatic materials. He explains the kinship of the rulers, how they came to the throne, diplomacy and tactics that they used to seize and retain power, the period of their reign and issues of succession in government, succession to the throne. In the course of this process, the political processes in the Greco-Bactrian kingdom and the conquest campaigns of the rulers were briefly analyzed.
