HISTORY OF THE ACTIVITIES OF JIZZAKH STATE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY

This article examines the history of the development of the education system in the city of Jizzakh, which is considered one of the most pressing challenges of cultural development. It is scientifically substantiated that the main goal of the Soviet government in implementing public education in the city was to establish a new education system, achieve universal literacy, and instill communist ideas into the consciousness of the population, raising and training a generation dedicated to these ideas. The article also describes the history of Jizzakh State Pedagogical University and the contributions of its leadership and scholars to the development of this institution of higher education.
