In this article, in the 50s and 60s of the 20th century during the Soviet period, the rural residents of Surkhandarya and Kashkadarya regions were given housing and improved communal conditions.
The social history of Uzbekistan at the global level, the negative consequences of the Soviet ideology on the development of society, economic changes in the country, social life in the country during the Soviet era and problems related to it, demographic situation in the southern regions, problems such as urbanization processes are widely studied as priority topics.
