The article examines the pressure and burden on the national economy of Uzbekistan during the Second World War, the development of agriculture and industry, the painstaking and persistent work of the Uzbek people to supply goods necessary for the war. It also tells about the injustice in labor relations in the rear of the country, the organization of "labor battalions" and cruelty towards them, the lack of specialists and men on the labor front.
