ОСВЕЩЕНИЕ БАКТРИЙСКОЙ САТРАПИИ В ПИСЬМЕННЫХ ИСТОЧНИКАХ

Бактрия (Бактриана) являлась историко-культурной областью Средней Азии, располагавшаяся в среднем течении Амударьи между хребтами Гиссар и Гиндукуш (современная территория Южного Узбекистана, Южного Таджикистана, Северного Афганистана и Юго-восточного Туркменистана). Эта историко-культурная область в VI-IV веках до н.э. входила в состав империи Ахеменидов, и в этот период на этой территории получили дальнейшее развитие управленческие традиции местной государственности. История Бактрийской сатрапии, одного из основных сатрапий империи Ахеменидов, частично освещена в ахеменидских надписях, в некоторых эламских, вавилонских и арамейских письменных источниках. Их научный анализ поможет получить ценные сведения о политической, социально-экономической истории Бактрийской сатрапии, образе жизни населения. В данной статье освещаются вопросы источниковедения Бактрийской сатрапии.
