The article considers changes in air temperatures in the basin of the river. Surkhandarya, one of the basins where the flow of the river is formed. Amu Darya. Air temperature trends by periods are revealed. The dependence of the river runoff was obtained. Amu Darya in the Kerki alignment from the average monthly air temperatures for the period June - August at the Mingchukur meteorological station and the runoff in Kerki was calculated from it.
