ПОБОЧНЫЕ ЭФФЕКТЫ ГЛЮКОКОРТИКОИДНОЙ ТЕРАПИИ НА ЖЕЛУДОЧНО-КИШЕЧНЫЙ ТРАКТ ПРИ ЛЕЧЕНИИ БОЛЬНЫХ С ГЛОМЕРУЛОНЕФРИТОМ ДЕТЕЙ И ИХ ПРОФИЛАКТИКА

В данной статье всесторонне изучены и анализированы побочные эффекты глюкокортикостероидов,применяемых при лечении пациентов с гломерулонефритом на желудочно-кишечный тракт. В исследовании
изучны частота возникновения гастрита, язв и желудочно-кишечных кровотечений у 120 пациентов с
нефротическим синдромом в возрасте 5-18 лет, получавших лечение глюкокортикостероидами. Результаты
показали, что применение гастропротекторных средств значительно снижает частоту осложнений.
