METHODS OF USING DIGITAL MARKETING IN FORMING TOURISM DEMAND IN VIETNAM

Abstract

This article discusses how digital marketing can be used to create tourism demand in Vietnam and how Vietnam tourism has used digital marketing technologies to promote tourism more professionally and this has led to great achievements. Tourism in Vietnam is one of the industries most affected by the era of digital transformation, and with the number of Internet users in the country it is growing rapidly. Online tourism marketing is now the best promotional medium to attract and communicate with customers. The article also presents the results of a study by local researchers on the significant impact of digital advertising on the tourism industry in Vietnam.
