The use of dictionaries in the process of choreographic education is very important. Because the names of the main dance movements, the meanings they convey, are mostly reflected in dictionaries. So far, special dictionary of Uzbek choreographic terms hasn't been prepared. For this reason, there are some certain difficulties in the teaching process. It is advisable to study Uzbek dance terms together with their alternatives in Russian and French.
