This article explores the types of ornaments used in Oriental miniature art: girih, Arabesque, field and chain ornaments, and their importance in manuscripts. There are compositional structures of art decor.It is noted that for a complete understanding of Islamic fine art, an important role is played by the analysis of the illustration of the manuscript along with the decorative frame.
