FACTOR OF POLITICAL CULTURE IN INCREASING CITIZEN PARTICIPATION IN STATE MANAGEMENT

The article focuses on the importance of political culture and political participation of citizens in society in the process of modernization of public administration, performance of public functions and improving the quality of services. It reveals the place and role of political culture in the participation of citizens in political decision-making. Political culture is recognized as an integral part of the development of society and the state, and it is noted that it is enriched with new components. The conclusion of the article also contains evidence-based suggestions and recommendations.
