Abstract

This article discusses and analyzes the sources of political security and stability in the region during the two decades - 1990-2010, which led to huge changes in the geopolitical map of the AsiaPacific region. The political, economic and social factors that have contributed to peace and security in the changing political environment in the countries of the region have been studied and analyzed in detail. The impact of the Asian financial crisis of 1997-1998 on the countries of the region and the description of this crisis for the structure of regional relations are described in detail
