Abstract

Significant changes in our state and society today require increased transparency of government and governance, and increased public awareness of the activities of government agencies. This process is one of the main conditions for building a civil society. This article outlines the theory of openness of state power, and also develops proposals and recommendations for ensuring transparency and openness in Uzbekistan.
