Surunkali obstruktiv o‘pka kasalligi bo'lgan bemorlarda hayot sifati (HS) hozirda terapiya samaradorligini baholash uchun asosiy hisoblanadi. Ushbu ko‘rsatkich sog‘liq bilan bevosita bog‘liq, zamonaviy tibbiyotning asosiy tushunchalaridan biri bo‘lib, JSST mezonlariga muvofiq inson salomatligining muhim tarkibiy qismlarini chuqur tahlil qilishga imkon beradi. Barcha bemorlar (168 kishi SOO‘K bilan kasallangan, ulardan 90 nafari koronar arteriya kasalligi bilan) 2 guruhga bo'lingan: asosiy guruh (60 kishi) asosiy terapiya va bioregulyatsiya dori - darmonlarini, nazorat guruhi (108 kishi) esa faqat asosiy terapiyani olgan. Hayot sifatini SF-36 so'rovnomasi yordamida baholandi.
