Xulosa: Immunogistokimyo qalqonsimon bez tugunlarining karsinogenezini diagnostika qilishning qimmatli zamonaviy, ammo hozirda kam o'rganilgan usuli hisoblanadi. Maqolada galektin-3, HBME-1, CK-19, TPO, CD-10 kabi qalqonsimon bez tugunlarining diagnostikasi va differensial diagnostikasida qo'llaniladigan immunohistokimyoviy markerlar muhokama qilinadi. Galektin-3 yuqori sezuvchanlikka (73% dan) va o'ziga xoslikka (81,8% dan) ega. HBME-1 galektin-3 ga nisbatan yuqori sezuvchanlikka ega (94%), lekin sezgirligi past (77,8%). CK19 nafaqat papiller saraton, balki follikulyar adenomalarda ham aniqlanadi va ekspressiya darajasi 75% dan yuqori bo'lsa, sezgirlik 77% ni tashkil qiladi va o'ziga xoslik 100% ga etadi. IGMni bitta panelda birlashtirish sezgirlik va o'ziga xoslikni yaxshilaydi.
