Ushbu maqolada biz gipofiz bezining faol bo'lmagan adenomasi bo'lgan reproduktiv yoshdagi ayollarda gipogonadotropik gipogondizmning klinik kechishi, uning etiologiyasi va patogenezini ko'rib chiqamiz.
Adabiyotlarga ko'ra, gipogonadotropik (yoki ikkilamchi) gipogonadizmning klinik ko'rinishi gipofiz o’smalari bo’lgan bemorlarning birinchi va ilk belgisi bo'lishi mumkin. Bemorlarning ushbu toifasida gipogonadizmning klinik ko'rinishlarining xususiyatlarini bilish shifokorlarga gipofiz o'smalarini erta tashxislashda yordam beradi.
