Bugungi kunda tuxumdonlarning muddatidan ilgari yetishmovchiligi (TMIY) ayollar salomatligining eng qiyin muammolaridan biridir.
Dolzarblik. Ayollarda bepushtlik va hayot sifatining pasayishi asosiy sababi bo'lgan TMIY alohida e'tibor talab qiladigan muammodir. Tasdiqlangan tashxisdan so'ng, hozirgi vaqtda tuxumdonlar faoliyatini va fertillikni tiklash usullari mavjud emas. COVID-19 virusining tarqalishi va pandemiya bilan bogʻliq karantin choralari ayollarning ruhiy salomatligi va hayz koʻrish davrining buzilishiga, jumladan, amenoreyagacha olib keldi. Shuning uchun TMIY rivojlanishining erta bosqichda xavf omillarini aniqlash muhimdir.
Maqsad. Koronavirus infeksiyasidan keyin rivojlangan TMIY bo'lgan bemorlarda KISS1 va BDNFning plazma kontsentratsiyasini baholash.
Materiallar va usullar. COVID-19dan so’ng TMIY bilan kasallangan 52 bemor ayollar va hayz sikli muntazam bo’lgan 18 yoshdan 40 yoshgacha bo'lgan 32 sog'lom ayol o'rtasida so'rov o'tkazildi. RIEIATM laboratoriyasida kisspeptin (HUMAN KISS1) va BDNF (HUMAN BDNF)ning qondagi kontsentratsiyasi Human Elisa Kit yordamida o'rganildi. Statistik tahlil Minitab 14 dasturi yordamida amalga oshirildi.
Natijalar. Koronavirus infeksiyasidan so'ng TMIY rivojlangan ayyollarda KISS1 darajasi sezilarli darajada past (251,70±7,27 pg/ml, p<0,05), sog'lom ayollarda esa ularga nisbatan yuqori edi (439,91 ± 8,41 pg / ml, p< 0,05). BDNF kontsentratsiyasi ham birinchi guruhda (232,82±7,29 pg/ml, p<0,05) sog'lom ayollarga (428,59±7,22 pg/ml, p<0,05) nisbatan past edi. KISS1 va BDNFning sqondagi miqdori stress darajasi bilan salbiy korrelyatsiya aniqlandi.
Xulosa. Xulosa qilib aytish mumkinki, kisspeptin va BDNF nafaqat ayollarning reproduktiv salomatligi, balki ruhiy holatida ham muhim rol o'ynaydi. Koronavirus pandemiyasi tufayli yuzaga kelgan stress, qondagi KISS1 va BDNF darajasini pasaytirishi tuxumdonlarning muddatidan ilgari yetishmovchili rivojlanishiga olib kelishi mumkin. Ushbu kuzatish TMIY patogenezida muhim potentsial tushuncha beradi.
