O‘SMIR YOSHIDAGI SPORTCHILARNING MASHG‘ULOT JARAYONLARINING YO`NALISHIGA QARAB GEMODINAMIKA KO‘RSATKICHLARI

Markaziy gemodinamika ko‘rsatkichlarini monitoring qilish jismoniy yuklarga moslashish samaradorligini aniqlash va organizmning funktsional imkoniyatlarining kamayishini o‘z vaqtida aniqlash imkonini beradi. Tadqiqotdan maqsad sportchi o‘smirlarning gemodinamika ko‘rsatkichlarini sport staji va mashg‘ulot jarayonining yo‘nalishiga qarab o‘rganish bo‘ldi. Samarqand shaxri sharoitida 11-17 yoshdagi 125 yosh sportchi ko`rikdan o`tkazildi. Ularning 81 tasi (65,1%) yigitlar va 44 tasi (34,9%) o‘smir-qizlar bo‘lgan. Umumiy jismoniy ish qobiliyatini tadqiq qilish uchun Excalibur sport veloergometridan foydalangan holda veloergometrik test qoʻllanilgan. Test o‘tkazilayotgan vaqtda tiklanayotgan elektrokardiogramma 6 EK-4 (Germaniya) polikardiograf majmuasiga kirgan biomonitor yordamida doimiy nazorat qilindi. Arterial bosim Korotkovning har bir daqiqada yuklash va restitutsiya usuli bilan aniqlandi. Yuklash va restitutsiya davrida ochiq turdagi avtomatik gaz analizatorida (Germaniya) dam olinadigan havo monitoring tahlili amalga oshirildi. Anaerob-aerob yo‘nalishdagi jismoniy yuklar bilan shug‘ullanishda yurak-tomir tizimini uzoq muddatli moslashishda ikki bosqich kuzatiladi. Mashg‘ulotlarning birinchi yilida keyingi ikki yil davomida bosqichma-bosqich kamayib borayotgan quvvatning yukini bajarishni gemodinamik ta’minlash ko‘payib bormoqda. Keyingi bosqich mashg‘ulotlarning uchinchi yilida boshlanadi, keyingi yillarda gemodinamikaning yanada ko‘payishi va ushbu darajada barqarorlik yuzaga keladi. Yurak indeksi va zarba indeksi kattaligining parallel dinamikasi aniqlandi, shundan kelib chiqadiki, anaerob-aerob yoʻnalishidagi jismoniy yuklar bilan shugʻullanishda yurak-tomir tizimining uzoq muddatli moslashuvi yurakning qisqartirish qobiliyatining oʻzgarishi bilan bogʻliq.
