Yuz- jag’sohasininig -yiringli-yallig'lanish kasalliklari bolalarda davolash murakkab bo'lib, jarrohlik, yiringli yarani mahalliy davolash, tizimli ABT, fizioterapiya, ko'rsatmalarga muvofiq detoksifikatsiya va immunokorrigatsiya terapiyasini o'z ichiga oladi. Hozirgi vaqtda jarrohlik davolash taktikasi to'liq aniqlangan bo’lib, bu yiringli-yallig'lanish markazini va uning ustidagi to'qimalarni qatlamma-qatlam ajratish orqali ochishni, shuningdek, patogenlarni, ularning hayotiy faoliyati mahsulotlarini va to'qimalarning parchalanishini o'z ichiga olgan yiringli ekssudatni evakuatsiya qilish uchun sharoit yaratish uchun operatsiya yarasini drenajlashni o'z ichiga oladi.
