BOLALARDA ICHAK TUTILISHINI TASHXISLASH VA DAVOLASHNING ZAMONAVIY YONDASHUVLARI

Bolalardagi ichak tutilishi-bu oshqozon-ichak trakti orqali najas harakatining buzilishi mexanik to'siqlarning va innervatsiya buzilishi kabi omillarning kombinatsiyasi natijasida yuzaga keladigan kasallik. Kasallik kuchli og'riq sindromi, chidab bo'lmas qusish, ichak harakatlari va gazlarning kechikishi bilan namoyon bo'ladi. Diagnostika sifatida bolaning fizik tekshiruvi, instrumental usullardan foydalanish - qorin bo'shlig'ining rentgenografiyasi, sonografiya, laparoskopiya kiradi. Davolash ichak dekompressiyasidan va dori-darmonlarni buyurishdan iborat bo'lib, ularning samarasizligi bilan jarrohlik aralashuv amalga oshiriladi.
