ERKAKLAR REPRODUKTIV SALOMATLIGINI BELGILASHDA ORXIDOMETRIK KO’RSATKICHLARNING AHAMIYATI

Xozirgi paytda bepushtlikda erkaklar omili 40% dan kuprogini tashkil kiladi. Bepushtlikning sabablarini aniklashda tashki jinsiy a’zolarning xajminianiklash (genitometriya) xamda ularning xajmlari yoshiga tugri kelishi katta axamiyatga ega. Tashki jinsiy a’zolarning xajmi uzgaruvchan bulishiga karamasdan, genitometriya boshka tekshirish usullari katorida gipogonadizm va jinsiy rivojlanishni tashxislashda muxim o’rin egallaydi. Shu maksadda biz Krivoruskiy B.Ya. konstruksiyasi asosidagi asbobdan foydalandik patologiya xakida jinsiy olat yoki moyaklarning xajmlari ikki urtacha kursatkichlardan ikki barobar kamayganda xulosa kilish mumkin.Moyaklar xajmini tezrok baxolash uchun jinsiy rivojlanishning taalukli yoshi va davriga mos keladigan etalonlar yigindisi – orxidometrdan (testometrdan) foydalaniladi.
