SUN’IY INTELLEKT ASOSIDA CBCT VA INTRAORAL SKANLARNI MULTIMODAL REGISTRATSIYA QILISH SAMARADORLIGINI OSHIRISH

Ushbu tadqiqot stomatologiyada raqamli texnologiyalarni takomillashtirish doirasida konus-nurli kompyuter tomografiyasi (CBCT) va intraoral skan (IOS) ma’lumotlarini sun’iy intellekt (SI) asosida multimodal registratsiya qilish samaradorligini baholashga qaratilgan. Zamonaviy implantologik amaliyotda yuqori aniqlikdagi diagnostika va individual davolash rejasini tuzish uchun uch o‘lchamli (3D) modellar muhim ahamiyatga ega. CBCT suyak strukturalari haqida batafsil ma’lumot beradi, IOS esa tish yuzalari va yumshoq to‘qimalarni yuqori aniqlikda aks ettiradi. Ushbu ikki turdagi tasvirlarni integratsiya qilish klinik qaror qabul qilish sifatini oshiradi.
Tadqiqotda 23 nafar bemorning CBCT va IOS ma’lumotlari tahlil qilindi. Registratsiya uch xil usulda amalga oshirildi: qo‘lda (MR), yarim avtomatik (SR) va sun’iy intellekt asosidagi avtomatik (AR) usullar. Baholash mezonlari sifatida registratsiya vaqti, median yuzaviy og‘ish (MSD) va o‘rtacha kvadratik og‘ish (RMS) qo‘llanildi.
Natijalar sun’iy intellekt asosidagi usulning sezilarli ustunligini ko‘rsatdi. AR usulida registratsiya vaqti 10 martadan ortiq qisqardi va aniqlik ko‘rsatkichlari yaxshilandi (MSD ≈ 0,04 mm). Ushbu yondashuv inson omiliga bog‘liq xatolarni kamaytiradi va natijalarning takrorlanuvchanligini oshiradi.
Xulosa qilib aytganda, sun’iy intellekt asosidagi multimodal registratsiya tizimlari stomatologiyada yuqori samaradorlikka ega bo‘lib, implantologik rejalashtirishni optimallashtirishda muhim rol o‘ynaydi.
