Arterial gipertenziya (AG) yurak-qon tomir kasalliklarining yetakchi o‘zgaruvchan xavf omili bo‘lib qolmoqda. Tadqiqotning maqsadi mehnatga layoqatli aholida AG fenotiplarining gender xususiyatlarini aniqlash va birlamchi tibbiy-sanitariya yordami uchun skrining algoritmini ishlab chiqishdan iborat.
Kesishma tadqiqotga Navoiy viloyatining (O‘zbekiston) 4 ta poliklinikasida birinchi marta AG aniqlangan 1798 nafar bemor (704 nafar erkak, 1094 nafar ayol) kiritildi. Klinik-anamnestik, antropometrik, laborator ma’lumotlar va hayot sifati tahlil qilindi. Vazn koeffitsiyentli skrining so‘rovnomasi algoritmi ishlab chiqildi.
AGning "yosharishi" aniqlandi: bemorlarning 30,1 foizini 25-44 yoshdagilar tashkil etdi. Erkaklar xulq-atvor xavf omillari (chekish 31,5%, alkogol 36,2%), ayollar metabolik (semizlik 42,5%, dislipidemiya 68,6%, surunkali buyrak kasalligi 38,8%) bilan tavsiflangan. Depressiya (HADS ≥8) semizlik (OR=2,22; 95% DI 1,78-2,77) va dislipidemiya bilan. Xavf chegaralari bilan 11 omilli skrining algoritmi ishlab chiqildi: past (0–4), o‘rtacha (5–9), yuqori (10–14), juda yuqori (≥15).
AGning ikkita gender fenotipi aniqlandi: "xulq-atvor" (erkaklar) va "metabolik-psixoemotsional" (ayollar). Taklif etilgan skrining algoritmi birlamchi tibbiy yordam sharoitlariga moslashtirilgan bo‘lib, istiqbolli validatsiyani talab etadi.
