Dolzarblik. Bolalar serebral falaji (BSF) bolalar nogironligining asosiy sabablaridan biri bo‘lib, uzoq muddatli ko‘p tarmoqli reabilitatsiyani talab qiladi. An’anaviy yondashuvlarning cheklanganligi neyroplastiklik tamoyillariga asoslangan integrativ usullarni joriy etish zaruratini yuzaga keltiradi. Maqsad. Bolalar serebral falaji bilan og‘rigan maktab yoshidagi bolalarni kompleks reabilitatsiya qilishda Montessori usulining samaradorligini baholash. Materiallar va usullar. Prospektiv klinik-tahliliy tadqiqotga 7–17 yoshdagi 100 nafar serebral falajli bola kiritildi. GMFCS shkalasi, modifikatsiyalangan Ashworth shkalasi va QUEST qo‘llanildi. Kuzatuv muddati 6 oyni tashkil etdi. Natijalar. Harakat funksiyalarining statistik jihatdan sezilarli yaxshilanishi, spastiklikning kamayishi va yuqori qo‘l funksiyalarining oshishi aniqlandi (p<0,05). Xulosa. Montessori usuli serebral falajli bolalarni kompleks reabilitatsiya qilishda klinik samaradorlikni namoyon etadi.
