YADRO TIBBIYOTI XODIMLARI QO‘L TERISINING NURLANISHGA UCHRASH DARAJASINI QIYOSIY BAHOLASH

Pozitron-emission tomografiya (PET) inson ichki a’zolarini tekshirishda qo‘llaniladigan zamonaviy va yuqori informativ radionuklid tomografik usullardan biridir. PET o‘sma jarayonining tarqalish darajasini to‘liq baholash imkonini beradi, tekshirilayotgan organdagi mutlaq faollikni o‘lchash hamda fiziologik jarayonlarni miqdoriy baholash imkoniyatini yaratadi. Radiopreparatlar bilan ishlash jarayonida tibbiyot xodimlari qo‘l terisining ionlashtiruvchi nurlanish bilan yaqin kontaktda bo‘lishi kuzatiladi va bu sezilarli sirt dozalari bilan kechadi. Shu sababli, xodimlar qo‘l terisiga radioaktiv ta’sir ko‘rsatish tibbiy PET/KT markazlarida radiatsion himoya nuqtai nazaridan muhim muammo hisoblanadi. Mazkur maqolada radiopreparatni ma’lum faollikda dozalashtirish hamda bemorlarga vena ichiga yuborish bilan shug‘ullangan hamshiralar qo‘l terisining yillik sirt dozalari baholandi. O‘rtacha qiymatlar 117 mSv dan 250 mSv gacha bo‘lib, bu ko‘rsatkichlar SanQvaN №0193-06 “Radiatsiya xavfsizligi normalari (RXN 2006) va radiatsiya xavfsizligini taʼminlashning asosiy sanitar qoidalari (RXTASQ 2006)” ga muvofiq qo‘l terisi uchun belgilangan 500 mSv yillik doza chegarasiga mos keladi.
