##article.abstract##

Maqsad: Sifatni tashqi baholash panelini yaratish uchun Pseudomonas aeruginosa ning turg‘unlik xususiyatlarini o‘rganish. Material va metodlar: 2023-2025 yillar davominda RIEMYUPKIATMning antimikrob rezistentlik markazi referens-laboratoriyasida olib borildi. Tadqiqotimizga P. aeruginosa 29 ta shtammlar va bitta nazorat— Pseudomonas aeruginosa NCTC 12934 shtammini tanlab olindi. Ularni an’anaviy usul hamda BD Phoenix (AQSh) avtomatik usullar yordaminda identifikatsiya qilindi, mikroblarga qarshi dori vositalarga sezuvchanlik darajali, MIC o‘rganildi. Bundan tashqari shtammlarning turg‘unligini aniqlash uchun -800C past haroratli muzlatgich va liofil quritish ikki usulda tekshirildi: –80°C da saqlash sharoitida to‘rt marotaba hamda liofil quritilgandan so‘ng uch marotaba tadqiqot qilindi. Natijalar: Disk-difduziya usulinda AK30, CN10, CIP5 va LEV5 uchun CV 10% dan oshmagan. IMI10 va MRP10 uchun 12-oyda o‘rtacha diametrlarda biroz tebranish kuzatilgan, lekin CV ruxsat berilgan chegaralarda qolgan.FEP30 CV 13–14% ga yetgan, ammo o‘rtacha qiymatlar va 95% CI saqlash muddatlari bo‘yicha bir-biriga mos kelgan. MIK o‘lchovlar tahlil natiyjalarinda, AK30, CN10, LEV5, FEP30 va CAZ10 uchun minimal ingibitsiya konsentratsiyalari (MIC) barcha saqlash muddatlarida turg‘unligi aniqlandi. Xulosa: P. aeruginosa shtammlarining turg‘unligi bo‘yicha o‘tkazilgan tadqiqotlar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, saqlash jarayonida barcha shtammlar ham o‘z xususiyatlarini saqlab qolmaydi. Olib borilgan tadqiqotimiz natiyjasida P. aeruginosa 6 ta (21% ) shtammlari o‘z xususiyatlarini saqlab qolgan va panel yaratish uchun tanlab olindi.
