##article.abstract##

Samarqand viloyati ixtisoslashtirilgan tibbiyot markazi poliklinikasida 2020-2022- yillarda COVID-19 infeksiyasining o‘rtacha va og‘ir shakllari bilan kasallangan 210 nafar bemorning klinik va laboratoriya ma’lumotlari tahlili o‘tkazildi. Pnevmoniya bilan bogʻliq boʻlgan COVID-19 ning klinik va laboratoriya koʻrinishlari 47% hollarda oʻrtacha ogʻir, 53% hollarda kasallikning ogʻir shakli bilan tavsiflangan; ayol bemorlar erkaklarga qaraganda tez-tez uchraydi; 50 yoshdan oshgan yosh sezilarli darajada yuqori edi. Bundan tashqari, 73,8% hollarda bemorlarda birga keladigan patologiyalar (yurak ishemik kasalligi, gipertoniya, qandli diabet, surunkali pielonefrit, semizlik) bo'lgan va kasallikning og'ir shakli bo'lgan bemorlarda o'rtacha og'irlikdagi bemorlarga qaraganda 1,7 baravar ko'proq birga keladigan kasalliklar aniqlangan. Tekshirilgan bemorlarning 61,54 %  SpO2 qiymatlari ≤ 90% kuzatilgan. Bemorlarning 88,5 % tuzalib, 7,6 % ichki kasalliklar bo‘limiga, 2,4 % kardiologiya bo‘limiga, 3 nafari (1,5 %) davolashni davom ettirish uchun pulmonologiya bo‘limiga o‘tkazildi.
