UMUMIY TA’LIM DASTURI BO‘YICHA TA’LIM OLAYOTGAN VA SHAXMAT TO‘YILGAN BOLALARNING ANTROPOMETRİK VA SOMATİKA KO‘RSATKORLARNI QIYOSSIYATLI BAHOLANISH

Maqolada 7–11 yoshli, muntazam ravishda shaxmat bilan shug‘ullanadigan bolalar hamda umumta’lim dasturi bo‘yicha ta’lim olayotgan tengdoshlarining antropometrik va somatik ko‘rsatkichlari solishtirma tahlilining natijalari keltirilgan. Tadqiqot 250 nafar bolani qamrab olgan bo‘lib, ulardan 190 nafari shaxmatchilar, 60 nafari esa umumta’lim maktabining o‘quvchilari (nazorat guruhi) hisoblanadi. Baholash JSST standartlariga muvofiq, bo‘y, tana vazni va tana massasi indeksi (BMI) ko‘rsatkichlari asosida amalga oshirilgan. Jismoniy rivojlanish tuzilmasida va normativ qiymatlardan og‘ishlarning tarqalishida ishonchli farqlar aniqlangan. Ma’lum bo‘ldiki, shaxmatchilarda jismoniy holatning o‘ziga xos xususiyatlari mavjud bo‘lib, ular bo‘y va tana vaznining kamayish tendensiyalari, shuningdek, ayniqsa qizlar orasida ortiqcha vazn holatlarining yuqoriligi bilan tavsiflanadi. Olingan ma’lumotlar bolalarda intellektual faoliyatni tashkil etishda ularning jismoniy holatini hisobga olish zarurligini ko‘rsatadi.
