O‘SMIRLARDA AYLANISHDAN KEYINGI NISTAGMNI O‘RGANISH

Sog‘lom o‘smirlarning vestibulyar apparati elektronistagmografiya usulida o‘rganilganda aylanma sinamadan so‘ng 36 nafar o‘smirlarning 23 nafarida ikkilamchi nistagm aniqlandi. Ikkilamchi nistagm ko‘pincha kuzatilgan va chap tomonda kuchliroq ifodalangan. Uning davomiyligi birlamchi nistagm davomiyligidan oshdi, ammo intensivlik chastota, amplituda va sekin fazaning tezligi ko‘rsatkichlari bo‘yicha sezilarli darajada kam edi. Ikkilamchi nistagm latent spontan nistagm bilan chambarchas bog‘liq edi. Ikkinchisi har doim o‘sha tomonga uzoq davom etgan ikkilamchi nistagm bilan birga kelgan. Uzoq muddatli bir tomonlama ikkilamchi nistagmni aniqlash, shubhasiz, kasbiy yaroqlilik masalalari uchun yashirin spontan nistagmni aniqlash kabi ahamiyatga ega bo‘lishi kerak.
