VESTIBULYAR APPARATNING ZARARLANISH DARAJASINI ANIQLASH UCHUN BEMORLARDA VESTIBULYAR TESTLARNI QO‘LLASH

Ishda keng qo‘llaniladigan barmoq-burun, barmoq-barmoq sinamalari, Barre-Fisher sinamasi, adiadoxokinez sinamasi, oddiy va murakkablashgan Romberg holatida muvozanat saqlash sinamalari, to‘g‘ri yurish, yonlama yurish, shuningdek, Fukuda marsh sinamasi kabi diagnostik vestibulyar testlarning o‘ziga xosligi va diagnostik ahamiyati baholangan. Vestibulyar analizator zararlanishining periferik, markaziy va aralash turlari bo‘lgan bemorlarda ularning kechish xususiyatlari muhokama qilinadi. Bosh aylanishi bo‘lgan bemorni birlamchi ko‘rikdan o‘tkazishda vestibulyar analizatorning zararlanish darajasini aniqlash uchun optimal testlar taklif etilgan.
