Ushbu maqolada surunkali stressning gipokamp morfologiyasiga koʻrsatadigan taʼsiri oʻrganilgan. Tadqiqot doirasida stress holatidagi onalardan tugʻilgan laborator kalamush bolalarining gipokamp tuzilishi va rivojlanish dinamikasi nazorat guruhi bilan solishtirildi. Natijalar shundan dalolat beradiki, stressga taʼsirida tugʻilgan avlodlarda gipokamp neyrotsitlarining kamayishi, sitoplazmaning vakuolizatsiyasi, yadro va sitoplazma oʻlchamlarining oʻzgarishi, shuningdek, neyrotsitlarning lizisi kuzatildi. Shuningdek, stress taʼsiridagi kalamush bolalarining tana vazni nazorat guruhidagiga qaraganda past ekanligi aniqlandi. Olingan maʼlumotlar stressning gipokamp tuzilishiga salbiy taʼsir oʻtkazishi mumkinligini koʻrsatdi.
