Maqolada oilaviy bronxial astmada qon zardobida immunoglobulin, yallig‘lanishga qarshi va yallig‘lanishni kuchaytiruvchi sitokinlar spektri kasallikni rivojlanishiga sababchi bo’lgan xavf omilini erta aniqlash va oldini olishdagi ahamiyati ko‘rib chiqilgan. Oilaviy bronxial astma kasalligi bilan xastalangan bemorlar qon zardobida aniqlangan umumiy IgE, IL–6 va interferon-γ miqdorini BA kasalligining patogenetik turlari, kasallik pog‘onalari, kasallikning davomiyligi va kasallik nazorat qilinish darajasi bo‘yicha tahlili o‘tkazilgan.
