DESTRUKTIV PANKREATIT BILAN OG‘RIGAN BEMORLAR XIRURGIK DAVOSINI TAKOMILLASHTIRISH

Maqolada o‘tkir destruktiv pankreatit (O‘DP) uchun differensial xirurgik taktikasi bo‘yicha tadqiqot keltirilgan. Destruktiv pankreatitning turli shakllari bilan og‘rigan 128 nafar bemorda davolash-diagnostik laparoskopiya, teri orqali drenajlash kabi zamonaviy mini invaziv usullarni qo‘llash natijalari tahlil qilingan. Mini invaziv aralashuvlarni erta qo‘llash yiringli asoratlar, umumiy somatik kasalliklar va o‘lim holatlarini sezilarli darajada kamaytirishi isbotlangan. Shu bilan birga, oshqozon osti bezi zarar ko‘lamiga qarab jarrohlik uchun differensial yondashuv, ayniqsa, oshqozon osti bezi nekrozining lokal shakllari bo‘lgan bemorlarda kasallik natijalarini sezilarli darajada yaxshilashga erishish mumkin.
