O‘T YO‘LLARINING YATROGEN SHIKASTLANISHIDA JARROXLIK TAKTIKALARI

Xoletsistektomiyadan so'ng magistral o't yo'llarining (MO'Y) shikastlanishi 41 (48,2%) nafar bemorda aniqlandi. Ulardan 20 tasi (48,9%) MO'Y jarohati operatsiya vaqtida, 21 tasi (51,2%) operatsiyadan keyingi erta davrda aniqlangan. Operatsiya vaqtida aniqlangan o't yo'llarining shikastlanishlarini tuzatish operatsiyadan keyingi davrda (38,1% va 41,2%) aniqlangandan ko'ra, davolashning bevosita (10%) va uzoq muddatli (25%) davrlarida sezilarli darajada kam sonli asoratlar bilan birga keladi, mos ravishda, o'lim ko'rsatkichi 14, 3%).
