O‘tkir buyrak etishmovchiligi (O’BE) bo‘lgan 63 bemorda detoksifikatsiya usullarining samaradorligini tekshirish o‘tkazildi. Olingan natijalarni tahlil qilish jarayonida bemorning ahvolining og‘irligiga qarab gemodializga gemosorbsiya va plazmaferez usullarini birlashtirishning mumkin bo‘lgan variantlari mavjudligi aniqlandi. Bu usul intoksikatsiya darajasini pasaytirish, metabolik jarayonlarni yaxshilash, elektrolitlar almashinuvi darajasini o‘zgartirish imkonini beradi. Erishilgan ijobiy natijalar bemorning umumiy ahvolini yaxshilashga, eng og‘ir toifadagi bemorlarning umr ko‘rish davomiyligini oshirishga yordam beradi.
