Onlay va sublay usullaridan foydalangan holda churra defektini plastikasi va normal topografik anatomiyani tiklash bilan separatsion protezlash plastikasi usulidan foydalangan holda operatsiyadan keyingi ventral va retsidiv churralari bo‘lgan 107 bemorni davolash natijalari o‘rganildi. Qorin bo‘shlig‘i bosimini qayta o‘rganish monitoringi natijalari, W3-W4 ≥ 11 da orqa separatsion gernioplastikaning ustuvorligini asosladi, <11 da oldingi separatsion plastika usulini bajarish mumkin. Operatsiyadan keyingi ventral churralar uchun standart (onlay, sublay) yoki separatsion (old, orqa) plastika usulini tanlash algoritmi W2, W3, W4 qorin old devorining mushak-aponevrotik tuzilmalarining holatiga va qorin ichi bosimining intraoperativ monitoringi ko‘rsatkichiga asoslanadi.
