Tadqiqot maqsadi: Tajribada qo'rg'oshin ta'siridagi kalamushlarda oshqozon osti bezining insulin ishlab chiqarish funktsiyasini, lipidlarning periksli oksidlanish ko'rsatkichlarini va antioksidant himoya tizimini o'rganish

Materiallar va usullar: tajriba 230-270 g og'irlikdagi 90 ta naslsiz erkak kalamushlarda o'tkazildi, ular sabab bo'lgan intoksikatsiyaga qarab 8 guruhga bo'lingan: 1 guruh – intakt, ularga 30 kun davomida 0,9% NaCl eritmasining teng hajmi yuborilgan; 2 guruh – 30 kun davomida qo'rg'oshin atsetat olgan kalamushlar - "qo'rg'oshin" guruhi; 3 – guruh-30 kun davomida kaliy bixromat olgan kalamushlar - "xrom" guruhi; 4-guruh - 30 kun davomida kaliy bixromat + qo'rg'oshin atsetat olgan kalamushlar - "qo'rg'oshin+xrom" guruhi; 5 – guruh-intakt kalamushlarda alloksanli diabet - "nazorat" guruhi; 6 – guruh-qo'rg'oshin ta'sirida bo'lgan kalamushlarda alloksanli diabet - "qo'rg'oshin+alloksan"; 7 – guruh-xrom ta'sirida bo'lgan kalamushlarda alloksanli diabet - "xrom+alloksan"; 8 – guruh-qo'rg'oshin va xrom ta'sirida bo'lgan kalamushlarda alloksanli diabet - "qo'rg'oshin+xrom+alloksan".

Natijalar: "Qo'rg'oshin" guruhidagi hayvonlarning jigarida qo'rg'oshin atsetat ta'sirining 30-kunida tana vazniga 15 mg/kg dozada dien konyugatlari tarkibining ko'payishi va malon dialdegid tarkibining intakt hayvonlarga nisbatan 13% ga oshishi tendentsiyasi kuzatildi. Qo'rg'oshin guruhidagi malon dialdegid darajasining oshishi metall ta'sirida lipid peroksidlanish jarayonlarining faollashishini isbotlaydi. Qo'rg'oshin guruhidagi superoksid dismutazaning fermentativ faolligi qo'rg'oshin atsetat olmagan hayvonlarga nisbatan 8% ga oshdi. Katalaza faolligi o'sish tendentsiyasiga ega edi. Erkin radikallarning ko'payishi bilan boshlangan superoksid dismutazaning faollashishi erkin radikallarning to'planishiga javoban gepatotsitlarning moslashish mexanizmlarining kuchayganligini ko'rsatadi.

Xulosa: 15 kun davomida qo'rg'oshin atsetat ta'sirida bo'lgan kalamushlarda tana vaznining oshishi kuzatilmadi, bu qo'rg'oshin intoksikatsiyasining rivojlanishini ko'rsatadi. Biroq, tajribaning 30-kunida tana vaznining dastlabki kunga nisbatan 6 foizga, 15-kunga nisbatan esa 8,5 foizga o'sishi kuzatildi. "Qo'rg'oshin" guruhidagi tana vaznining oshishi hayvonlarning yangi yashash sharoitlariga moslashishi haqida anglatadi. 30 kun qo'rg'oshin ta'sirida bo'lgan kalamushlar uchun iste'mol qilinadigan oziq-ovqat miqdorining pasayishi, shuningdek diareya xarakterli edi. Ikkinchi haftada bu hodisalar to'xtadi, hayvonlar xulq-atvor reaktsiyalari va teri qoplamasi holati intakt kalamushlardan farq qilmadi, bu hayvonlarning qo'rg'oshinning toksik ta'siriga moslashish rivojlanishi bilan ham bog'liq.
