GEMORROYIDEKTOMIYADAN KEYIN YARA JRAYONINING DINAMIKASI

Ushbu tadqiqotga surunkali ichki va kombinatsiyalashgan gemorroy bilan og`rigan 224 bemor kritilgan. Asosiy guruhga 122 bemor kirdi. Ularda surunkali gemorroyni davolash uchun ‘LigaSure’ apparati tomonidan boshqariladigan bipolyar elektrojarrohlik qurilmasi yordamida mininvaziv usul amalga oshirildi. Nazorat guruhini Milligan-Morgan bo’yicha an’anaviy jarrohlik yo’li bilan operatsiya qilingan102 bemor tashkil etdi. Surunkali gemorroyni davolashda “LigaSure” qon tomirlarining bipolyar elektrokoagulyatsiyasidan foydalanish an’anaviy gemorroyektomiya bilan solishtirganda jarohatni tezda tuzatishga imkon beradi, buning natijasida reabilitatsiya davri qisqaradi.
