SURUNKALI YURAK ETISHMOVCHILIGINING TARQALISHI BILAN BOG'LIQ ZAMONAVIY EPIDEMIOLOGIK VAZIYATNING MURAKKAB XUSUSIYATLARI (ADABIYOTLAR SHARHI)

So'nggi yillarda chap qorincha chiqarish fraktsiyasi (SYEsCHF) saqlanib qolgan surunkali yurak etishmovchiligi bo'lgan bemorlar soni keskin oshmkda. Ishemik genez SYEsCHF bilan og'rigan bemorlarda katta arteriyalarning qattiqligi oshishi aniqlandi. Shuningdek, markaziy aorta bosimi va kuchayish indeksining oshishi aniqlandi. SYE girlik darajasi markaziy gemodinamika parametrlarining oshishiga bog'liq ekanligi qayd etildi. SYEsCHF bilan og'rigan bemorlarda katta tomirlarning qattiqligi va NT-proBNP darajalari o'rtasidagi bog'liqlik aniqlandi.
