В обззорной статье рассматриваются трудности, связанные с профилактикой и лечением инфекций, вызванных панкреатитом. Осложнения, такие как полиорганная недостаточность и гнойно-септические состояния, являются основной причиной летальных исходов этого заболевания. Несмотря на значительный опыт врачей в этой области, прогнозирование развития острых форм панкреатита остается нерешенной проблемой. Таким образом, важность раннего выявления и лечения острых заболеваний поджелудочной железы остается актуальной.
