НАЛИЧИЕ СФОРМИРОВАВШЕГОСЯ АТЕРОСКЛЕРОТИЧЕСКОГО КЛАПАНА НА СОСУДАХ ГОЛЕНИ ПРИ СИНДРОМЕ ДИАБЕТИЧЕСКОЙ СТОПЫ

В статье проведен анализ эндоваскулярного лечения 41 пациента с синдромом диабетической стопы и окклюзией артерий голени. Выявлено 3 пациента у которых причиной неудачной ангиодилатации явилось наличие сформировавшегося атеросклеротического клапана. Проведено обсуждение данной проблемы и предложены методы его решения.
