НЕНАТЯЖНОЙ ГЕРНИОАЛЛОПЛАСТИКИ ПРИ УЩЕМЛЕННЫХ ВЕНТРАЛЬНЫХ ГРЫЖАХ

Приведены результаты лечения 125 пациентов с ущемленными грыжами передней брюшной стенки, осложненными развитием кишечной непроходимости, оперированных с применением как традиционных, так и ненатяжных методов пластики. Энтеральная интубация и декомпрессия кишечника во время оперативного вмешательства при ущемленных грыжах, осложненных кишечной непроходимостью, является одной из основных мер борьбы с повышением ВБД и профилактики синдрома кишечной недостаточности при данной патологии. Использование синтетических имплантатов при ущемленных грыжах, осложненных кишечной непроходимостью снижает частоту ранних местных раневых осложнений, в том числе и гематом послеоперационной раны. Применение ненатяжной герниопластики у пациентов с осложненными ущемленными грыжами способствует снижению рецидивов с 33,3% до 2,8%.
