МОРФОЛОГИЧЕСКАЯ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА ПЛАЦЕНТЫ ПРИ СИНДРОМЕ ПОТЕРИ ПОДА У ЖЕНЩИН С ТРОМБОФИЛИЕЙ

Для морфологического исследования были взяты плаценты 48 женщин, у которых произошел самопроизвольный выкидыш в сроки беременности от 13 до 20 недель. Патоморфологические изменения, происходящие в плаценте, характеризуются инфарктами, отложением фибриноида со стороны межворсинчатого пространства, фибриноидным перерождением эпителия ворсин.
