Аннотация

Одной из самых актуальных проблем на сегодня является проблема ранней диагностики неинвазивной протоковой карциномы. Диагностическая и лечебная тактика при НИПК во много неопределена, поскольку во многих случаях опухоль характеризуется безобидным течением. Применение разработанного в ходе исследования алгоритма скрининга внутрипротоковых образований МЖ позволяет оптимизировать тактику ведения больных и прогнозировать исходы заболевания
