OPTIMIZATION OF THE EDUCATIONAL CYCLE IN AN INTERNATIONAL ACADEMIC HUB: ANALYSIS OF FOREIGN EXPERIENCE AND DEVELOPMENT OF A MODEL BASED ON MICROSOFT PROJECT

The article focuses on optimizing the management of the educational cycle in international academic hubs using project management methodology and digital tools. An original model implemented in Microsoft Project, including a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and a system of control points, is presented. The pilot implementation demonstrated a 15–20% reduction in schedule coordination time and an increase in classroom utilization up to 85%.
