Лечение больных с повреждениями вертлужной впадины является актуальной в связи с ростом в последнее годы количества пострадавших от тяжелой высокоэнергетической транспортной травмы. В сложных случаях предполагает использование различных методов остеосинтеза, их комбинации и первичное реконструктивное эндопротезирование. Несмотря на постоянное совершенствование методик и внедрение новых технологий лечения и реабилитации больных остаётся сложной задачей.
